[Resolved] Mobikwik — Payment Deduction and Harassment

Dear sir/mam

Sir I had called the customer care in the beginning and told that when I activated this loan by mistake because I needed cash loan not shopping loan.
When Amy hadn't even started, I called and asked to be shut down but then or now no one listened. Sir I am very disappointed with all this.
I'm so upset, I didn't take any extra money from MobiKwik and didn't make any extra purchases, I get threatened over and over again for legal notices.
No one answers any of my questions. The payment I just made was my money, the balance I made to MobiKwik was not credited to my wallet. I am also threatened by Sir Mobikwik, I have told my problem to the customer from the beginning but till date no one has found any solution.
Sir, recently someone died in my house, I am very upset now, I took payment from someone else and said that you do purchase but there is no balance in wallet, every day a new number message comes but not an answer. Sir, I am not in a position right now to make any payment, still I paid Rs 3899 on 01.06.22 due to pressure and it was told that you should do shopping besides that 5714 deducted from my account on 15.06.22 Total money taken was deducted 9613 which was my money. I share screenshot., I told my problem to the customer but there is no proper hearing till now so that money comes in my wallet so that I can do shopping which was deducted from my account. I request you please see this and solve my problem.

Sir, I have already told you my sari things that I was harassed by Mobikwik. I was in need of covid cash loan by mistake I got activated shopping loan which I didn't want. I immediately called on MobiKwik and asked to close but no one listened due to which I was harassed by MobiKwik from 2021 to August 2022, I got calls from many phone numbers, people kept threatening me, I was forced to pay legal twice for payment. Threatened message and mail came, my 12000 rupees was deducted which became my loss and I was troubled for one more year. I request you to solve my problem. I am sending you some details please check it sir.

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I call Mobikwik everyday but no one is listening to me and my money was deducted 9613 which was my money.
The people of Mobikwik who are forcing me are troubling me, I told you all my things before this from the beginning till now.
Sir please look into this issue no one is listening in Mobikwik, one is my money deducted second and every day messages come from new number for payment.
I called many times in Mobikwik just giving me 48 hours time but no solution.
Sir you are requested to get my money which was deducted either in my account or wallet and get it closed. i will be forever grateful to you.

As I told you everything from the beginning till now, the customers of Mobikwik are still calling and threatening legal.
Sir i needed cash loan not from shopping loan start till now i told customer to close it because i will not able to pay i don't have job it got activated by mistake but no one heard my 10000 deduct today Was taken which I did not use any extra money from MobiKwik and is asking to pay and threaten penalty charges and legal.
Sir did 30000 auto debit Mobikwik in the loan of 40000, before that money was deducted from my account only then I used my money in shopping and today 10000 was deducted which I did not use anything other than that I am asking to pay more Sir, it is taking my money and it has been done.
Sir I request you to see this and take the right decision, we hope from you.

After forcing me a lot through Mobikwik, I made all the payments. Because I was being threatened everyday. Even computerized legal notice was sent to me again. I request you that my 11725 rupees was deducted without any use, whose money did not come in the wallet nor gave any response, I have already told you all the things, please my money which has been taken from my pocket and since 1 year I am depreciating and Tortured by MobiKwik let me solve this problem.Sir torture also happened to me money was also lost to me for 1 year also I was hurt in all my loss. i am sending the payment screan shot and legal notice issue by mobikwik.

I got a call from Legal India for some registration and was told that all your problems will be resolved and your money will be refunded.
I was asked to make payment through message which I have paid 1179 and given an OLI number OLI[protected] till now I have not received any call or response.
please solve my problem thanks
