Mobikwik — payment failed in irctc through mobikwik, money has not been refunded yet from mobikwik. | |
Hi team, I tried to book a train ticket on 17th sep, 17 using irctc mobile app paying through mobikwik by internet banking. After confirming the payment got a message that your bank declined the payment but however the money got deducted from my account and in the transaction detail its showing towards mobikwik money has been debited. It has been almost 6days after but i haven't got that money refunded yet in my account. Contacted irctc and as per they did not receive the amount which means its stuck with mobikwik only. Irctc transaction id for the same is : [protected] and raised a ticket in mobikwik for this issue, id of which is: #6997225 Please help me in this case to get my money back.
