Mobikwik — payment has done but recharge still awaited

I had tried to recharge my bsnl mobile no. [protected] on yesterday i. E. 25/07/17 through mowikwik wallet but recharge could not be made and rs.99 was deducted from my mowikwik wallet. Therefore, i request you to kindly solve my issue with either recharge my mobile or refund the said amount. I am yourbold user and expect you to take it seriously and maintain my believe regarding mowikwik.
