[Resolved] Mobikwik — payment is debited but not get transaction receipt | |
On 26 march 2020 i made a electricity bill payment transaction rs 2380. The transaction is done on mobiqwik app and that time i appiled supercash rs 35 for that transaction. When i was doing that transaction the the wrong cvv i first time enter in that perticular transaction so the money not deduct. Transaction get decline. Later on i made next transaction same way for same litebill.in that transaction otp and all the things i put proper but receipt was not generated at the same time money get deduct from my paytm payments bank kindly get known about on which end my transaction get pending the customer care of both bank and wallet ends are not responding due to covid 19 plz make sure either revert my money to bank or mobikwik wallet or complete my bill payment

Sir I recharged dth payment today 10:32 am. My money is debited from my account but recharge is not successful please help me sir. Otherwise refund my money back in my account. MBK[protected]. Thank you

I paid credit card bill of Rs. 2000/- on 31 Mar 2020. But still status is showing pending. I call to customer care all num but all no out of range. No one is give specific reply

I placed my order today 13/09/21 at 7.00pm on Myntra app and payment was done through Mobikwik app via paytm payments bank.I even applied cashback code'MBK500' for the payment of Rs.1391. My money was deducted in paytm bank but the receipt was not generated in mobikwik and it is not even appearing in transaction history.My order was not placed on Myntra .please help me with this issue
