Mobikwik — payment to wrong merchant | |||
I initiated payment of electricity bill to South Bihar power development corporation. ID[protected] for 4044 but the faulty payment under the same ID for 3600 made to BSEB Yamuna. Please get the money back to enable me to .pay right amount to right merchant. Consumer Mobile no [protected] My consumer ID[protected] under South Bihar power development corporation is incidentally the same for other consumer under BSES Yamuna. As I have been recharging through your app my consumer ID was displayed for payment reminder I blindly followed and paid the displayed bill amount RS 3600 . When payment msg from bank came I noticed the wrong payment and complaint but as it was last date I paid to SBPDC through your app immediately .
