I had booked a sleeper class train ticket through mobikwik since it provided some sort of cashbacks, due to some reason i had to cancel the ticket, before 2 days of my departure, the amount was refunded back by irctc but it is not reflected in my mobikwik wallet, till date

Mobikwick is so much hell bent on not listening to its consumer so much so that if you have a second omplaint within 12 hours of first complaint, it will not allow you to submit the complaint. see attached.!
