Mobikwik — Recharge amount refund | |||
Recharge amount has been deducted from my account But not successful in mobile. I have booked a Ticket- 932367 from support option. Then I have got a sms Ticket has been resolved Track the Ticket. But when I Tracked the Ticket, there is massege "you are not authorized for track the ticket". My Ticket 932367 has not resolved. Kindly provide me help. Details: Txn ID- [protected] Txn Amount- 128 E-mail ID- [protected]@rediffmail.com Recharge Tried to -[protected] Ticket No- 932367 (Dt.13.jul.2014). Then On Dt.14.Jul-2014 booked another ticket-933971. But Till Not there is no result. Kindly Help me for refund my amount to account Was this information helpful? | |||
