Mobikwik — Recharge done but amount not deposited in merchant's account | |||
I paid my electricity bill via mobikwik. But even after 10 days of payment money is not credited into the account. My biller is saying that it did not receive any payment. I have transaction id as well as the message of debiting money from my bank account. I tried to call customer care numbers but both of them are not working. Mobikwik dont even have a email id. And today i received a call from Mobikwik helpline. That person was asking my CVV and Credit Card number.
