Mobikwik — Recharge hasn't been made even after 3 days nor it has added to cash back into wallet | |
I have made a recharge of Rs. 50/- on my Tata Docomo number. And I haven't received the top up yet. Further I have enquired with operator and he mentioned that the recharge amount is invalid. Though I have selected this top up plan from the provided option, I guess your list of options ate not updated. Further I have also made recharge of RS. 10/- on the same number and haven't received this top up yet even. I would request you to please act immediately in response or else I would be compelled to take action against it. As a first time user you really build your rep regarding your service. It has been 3 days and no refund or recharge has been made. I have even tried to call on customer care no but no one picked been hold for 12 mins, posted two complain ticket on the site no response yet. Was this information helpful? | |
