Mobikwik — Recharge hasn't been made even after 3 days nor it has added to cash back into wallet

I have made a recharge of Rs. 50/- on my Tata Docomo number. And I haven't received the top up yet. Further I have enquired with operator and he mentioned that the recharge amount is invalid. Though I have selected this top up plan from the provided option, I guess your list of options ate not updated.
Further I have also made recharge of RS. 10/- on the same number and haven't received this top up yet even. I would request you to please act immediately in response or else I would be compelled to take action against it. As a first time user you really build your rep regarding your service. It has been 3 days and no refund or recharge has been made.

I have even tried to call on customer care no but no one picked been hold for 12 mins, posted two complain ticket on the site no response yet.
