Mobikwik — recharge not done after payment. | |||||
I, sharadchandra tarde holding account on my mobile [protected] for mobikwik. I pay through wallet recharge mobile no.[protected] on 20 sept.17 for rs.230/-. I have contact them to remind that till date there no recharge by them. The mobikwik asked me to contact idea office to make sure about recharge but they said they did not received any amount from mobkwik for the same. It is duty of mobikwik to make sure if idea received the amount but they are asked me to conform the same, it is really ridiculous. Pl. Do the need full action against them & refund my money urgently. Was this information helpful? | |||||
