Mobikwik — recharge not done even after deduction of money. | |||
Had done a vodafone recharge for mobile number [protected] worth ₹458 on 6th january, 2019. The recharge was claimed to be successful by mobikwik and a confirmation email for the same was sent ; but no such recharge records were found by the operator, whereby recharge was not done. Please check u recharged a mobile number of rs 548, but amount deducted from my bamk account twice, so please check and refund my amount...

I've added 9999 rupees from my credit card to this wallet. But I couldn't get the money in my SB account. It's so pathetic and even the Customer care service is even worse. I'm not a single user but also many users are affected with the same issue.
