Mobikwik — RECHARGE UNSUCESSFUL BUT MOBIKWICK NOT REFUND MY MONEY AFTER 4 MONTHS WHY | |||
Dear Sir, I recharged my uninor number [protected] through mobikwik wallet [user id : - [protected]@hotmail.com] by rs 160 on 27 nov 2014 but the recharge was unsuccessful. I Complaint at mobikwik.com[TICKET #1635146 AND #1611023] and as the result of reply i got to know that my refund of 160 rupees has been done but still I do not got my refund of 160 rupees into my mobikwik wallet. I, therefore request you to keep my complaint in consideration, and refund my 160 rupees as soon as possible.Otherwise I will take strict action against you. Was this information helpful? | |||
