[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Refund Money

Tx id [protected] amount rs. 200 Email [protected]@gmail.com Mobile number [protected]. This was unsuccessful recharge on 21 may 2014, and the money was also not refunded yet. I complained on company website but no response from them. plz help me to get back my money.

I using this site since last many years and i never ever any kind of problem from this site but i surprise to tell you recharged on 2/07/2014 and i nither recived the recharge nor get the refund

My ticket nb is 896562 and my mobile nb is [protected] i rechareged with r.s 55.

So, Kindly give me feedback as sson as possible

i recharged yesterday on 19 march .The recharge of 100 rs. was not successful .my first balance was deducted from my account and it is not credited still in my bank account .
my contact no. is [protected] while i recharged [protected] and first recharge was not successful on this no.
please do action as early as possible.

But my payment is not transfer to idea post paid connection till date

amount deductd frm my account bt its not added to my wallet

i hve added amount to my wallet & mean while the amount of rs 294& 139 respectivly deducted frm my bank account.. bt it hasnt added to my wallet till now. so kindly refund the amounts to my bank account.
