Mobikwik — Refund money not credited in my mobikwik account

Email id love. With. [protected]@gmail.com

Transaction no. Imbk[protected] and imbk[protected]

Billdesk already reverse my money but it is not credited in my mobikwik account.

I have attached all conversation with billdesk. Please give back my refund of 232.40 rupees in total (116.20 each transaction amount)

Its already 26 day passed there is no mail and call from mobikwik.

Please reply to this mail as soon as possible.

I made two payment from mobikwik to nsdlpan and payment status failed. Nsdlpan claims that they didn't receive any money and mobikwik claims that no refund from nsdlpan so my issue is my money and transaction amount which billdesk have, when will i got my refund back for that transaction.
