Mobikwik — refund money not put in wallet | |||||
I have requested a refund for a product bought in myntra. The payment was done through mobikwik wallet. Myntra confirms that refund is done to source account and mobikwik also intimated a mail saying refund initialted. Since then the money has not been put in wallet and everytime i send them a concerns through chat messages, they send me an automated reply saying the money is credited. I have sent snapshots as proof but their reply doesnt change. They have the worst customer service and there is no way to get in touch with them. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have added money Rs 1168 on 2nd July 2018 but when i checked wallet balance it's Rs 293 hence Rs 875 is missing. Till today i have added Rs 7693 and used Rs 6525. So please take look at it. It's almost 20 days and i am not receiving any clarification from you guys.

I was tired to write complain in your website but still not get positive response, without getting excess refund amount in my wallet ticket resolved kindly check and confirm.
As per your TAT of refund to customer account (Wallet) 48 hrs completed but still not received.
