Mobikwik — Refund not received even after two weeks

1. I tried to pay my LIC premium on 18th April on Amazon.in worth Rs 2182( order id.[protected] using my mobikwik blue amex card(no. [protected]) but as usual the payment was failed and money deducted from my mobikwik wallet. I immediately contacted amazon customer care and they said the amount didn't reach to them the transaction was failed and the refund would be credited within 3-5 days which I have still not received.

2. I placed an order on flipkart on 20th April worth Rs 426(order id.[protected] using the same bue amex card. This time thankfully the transaction was failed but later I myself canceled the order and flipkart at once issued the refund which should have been credited by 27th but the refund amount still not reflected in my mobikwik wallet.
