Mobikwik — Refund not received of non-clearing amount | |||||
I have attempted to pay the electricity bill on 9th Nov, 2015. The amount was debited from my bank account(Transaction ID:MEDR/ZAAK EPAYMEN/266105) but it not successful. I raised a ticket( Ticket no. 3822858) for same and status is still "In Progress" from last 2 months. Also I tried contacting customer care via telephone and mails but have not received any response.
