Mobikwik — Refund of failed transaction - order ID[protected]

Respected sir,

I had made a payment of Rs. 1127.50/- on 1/12/21 using Mobikwik Blue American Card but the transaction failed and the amount was deducted.
This transaction was shown successful so I contacted to the merchant but they had already informed me that transaction is failed.

So I rise a complaint on 2/12/21 using Ticket ID 22283137 and they inform me that refund is credited in 7-10 working days but i didn't get refund of Rs. 1127.50/-.

So i send a mail to "[protected]@mobikwik.com" on 9/12/21 regarding this issue and had already provide merchant email replay PDF copy for there reference. I got replay email on 10/12/21 from "[protected]@mobikwik.com" and they inform me that they will be sorted at the earliest. but i didn't get refund for my order ID[protected] of Rs. 1127.50/-. till date.

I had number of time complain for my order ID[protected] but refund of Rs. 1127.50/ is not credited in my account till date.
