Mobikwik — Refund o[censored]nutilised amount | |||||
I paid rs.912/= towards payment of bsnl land line monthly charges of telephone no:[protected] which unfortunately could not be activated and the amount has been returned to mobikwik wallet. (Refer id 54cf[protected] dtd 12/4/17) Since mobikwik does not have any provision to pay bsnl land line bill my whole amount (Rs.912/=) may please be diverted to my bank account from where it is debited so that i could remit to bsnl through other method. Reply recd from monikwik : Namaste! We understand that you want your full amount transfer to your bank account. We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to our bank reversal team they will definitely work on it. Once the resolution comes will let you know or credit the amount automatically to your bank account. Till date neither any amount has been credited to my account nor any reply is given. Customer care tele nos: 91-[protected] and 91-[protected] is non-functional for the last many days and no attendant to attend. This a clear case of mis-management and cheat.
