Mobikwik — regarding dth recharge not received

Dear sir,
I am praveen jainapur, my dth card number 95572870. I was rechaged through mobik. I was recharged 400 rs on 15/11/2018. And super cash 200 added in my account. But my videocon dth card not active. Still not get recharge. Total 10days over still not get.
I hope pl check as soon as possible. And give positive response..

Hi team, I have transferred 2000 RS to my bank account but it didn't transferred yet please check and let me know what is happened, my mobikwik no is [protected]
I have attached the snapshot where you will be able to check amt 2046.02 this amount is not credited on my account, please do the needful.
