Mobikwik — Rent Payment not credited to landlord

It's been 10 days my rent payment has not been credited to beneficiary account yet. I've transferred rent payment of 13000 rupees to my landlord account on 12 th July it's showing successful on 15th July, but not credited on landlord account yet. I've raised ticket on same issue on 17th July with landlord account transaction details but no resolution provided by your customer care team yet .I've called mobikwik customer customer care so many times but they also donot resolve my issue. I am afraid about my money. I've attached all required things for your reference. Please credit money on landlord account or refund my money.
