Mobikwik — Rent Payment Success but not credited in my landlord account.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I paid my rent through mobikwik on 4th september 2021, money deducted from my credit card, but transaction at mobikwik was showing pending, on 8th september 2021 transaction got sucessfull at mobikwik but money is not received in my landlord Bank Account till now.

Please find the attached Landlord Bank statement & Mobikwik rent paid invoice.

I have paid my 6500rs rent from my sbi credit card through mobikwik and payment was showing paid but my land lord not received any payment yesterday.
