[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Request to enable Mobikwik wallet account

My mobikwik account is blocked. I trying to login it displays message as "user is disabled".
My money of rs.10021/- is pending in mobikwik wallet. Neither no one is responding on mobikwik helpline number nor i can lodge complaint to mobikwik due to account blocked by mobikwik

2 weeks ago, my Mobikwik wallet account has blocked by Mobikwik.when I'm trying to login it shows message as 'User is disabled' Then I had mailed to [email protected] to unblock/enable my account.after sending mail to them they replied me (reply by Mobikwik support desk takes 48 hours) to submit required self attested documents such as bank statement/credit card un-billed or billed statement, ID proof. I have mailed the required documents to them.Then after 2 days they inform me that my Mobikwik wallet account is enabled. Now, I'm using Mobikwik Wallet account without any interruption.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

These ppl are not responding for my Electricity bill payment status. It says successful but not paid to BESCOM.
Dear customer care, i made electricity payment vide mobikwik app through credit card no last digit 5549 Rs. 4483.84.eb payment got rejected by eb department. But my amt not refunded by mobikwik till date where i am not able to see the transaction in history also. After few days my account also disabled. My mobikwik no is [protected].the transaction reference is T68401.

my mobikwik a/c linked my mob no [protected] but when l link my another handset and when I linking my sbi a/c but not respond error ENTER NEW VPA ID soResolve my mobikwik VPA my 943978××12 MOB NO...
My mobikwik account is disable without any intimation.
I trying to login it displays message as "user is disabled"(PFA) and wallet balance is 20k apx.
wallet id is +91*******362 and mail id is k******************@gmail.com

I don’t know why this type tharld classes company is registered in India

All are theaf in ko bas logo ka paisa karna hai wo b wrong information de ki

Or Es company ke director or ceo b pata na kis type ki hai commants pad ke action nahi lete apne team ki againest

Agar customer care mai call karo to 1 hrs baad Enka call connect hota wo b incomplete information dete hai
Agar koi kuch bole to uska account diasable blocked kar do

Ense acha to Paytm wale hai kam se kam chor to nahi hai

I need unblock my account immediately

Or ha es company ka ceo agar comment pade to please agar company Chalane ka shok hai to ek achi team praperd Kare or upgrade Kare aana customer care
