Mobikwik — request to unblock my account on my mobile number on mobikwik app and send my partial money to my account.

Hi sir/madam,

App is showing "user is disabled".
Kindly please unblock my mobile number [protected] on account in mobikwik app, the hdfc dispute back end team already verified on my transactions which is genuine transaction i did for you.

This is genuine transaction not a fraud, so i have checked with hdfc credit card team. Your side only having the problem for activation of my account. The dispute team has verified this transaction from merchant (Mobikwik), so please activate my account as soon as possible. This is i am facing last 4 months onwards. Kindly get back to me.

In the mobikwik wallet having money rs 11366.60, i need to transfer this amount from app, app still showing disabled, please understand my problem, what is the document is needed for you?

I have attached the my transactions document which i used in mobikwik app

I have attached evidence proof from hdfc bank. They are confirmed from you. This is a genuine transaction

Note: i have attached mails sent by hdfc dispute team with all clear information from mobikwik.

The partial amount should be in the wallet. But this mobikwick app is currently they disabled. So that i am worried about from last 3 months onward, they didn't reply any response for my mail. I asked somany times through mail. Even i am sending mails continuously. No response from them.

Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Humble request to rbi. Dont give permissions to this apps for doing cheating to customers.

Hi, i have many mails to mobikwik team only system generated mail only received.check i attached my mails and attached dispute team verified transactions list. this is genuine transaction i did. kindly unblock my account on mobikwik app. i sent mail also today check last attached image.

I paid the SBI credit card bill with the Mobikwik order id - MBK54799528 on 7th Jan 2020.

But the same is not updated in the credit card. I contacted the SBI bank and they informed that they have not received any amount.

I want a refund.

Mere water bill connection number 5424504 hai jo ki 2 bar try karne par bhi succes nahi huwa lekin mere account se 1480 rupees debit kar diye gaye hai plese 1480 rupees mere account me credit karen.
