Dear sir, i am not able to utilize my Mobikwik wallet money what was i credited from my bank, every time it is asking to validate my KYC details, but when i am going ro validate my KYC details, it shiws an error " Sorry this service is not available " i complaint mobikwik multiple time but not get any responce by them, my mobile no. I made a payment for electricity bill amount Rs510 INR on 12/11/18. The transaction was failed (order no-MK[protected]) but the money deducted from my SBI Bank account (POS-[protected] MOBIKWIK txn#[protected].pls check status and return money.
