[Resolved] Mobikwik — Rs. 500 was deducted from my account | |||
Hello Sir, this is Vishal Gupta. I tried to recharge my vodafone mobile number [protected] through mobikwik.com using my HDFC Bank Debit Card. Rs. 500 was deducted from my account but my mobile number was not recharged. Though on mobikwik.com, I received a message that my transaction was successful. Was this information helpful? | |||

After submitting my complaint on www.consumercomplaints.in, two days later I received a mail from www.mobikwik.com that my money has been refunded to my Mobikwik account wallet. Then I tried to recharge my mobile number again, and this time money was deducted from my Mobikwik wallet and the recharge was successful. Thank you consumercomplaints.in team for resolving my complaint as Mobikwik customer care executives were not picking up my phone. Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
