Hi. I tried to add Rs1600 to my wallet today, May 4, 2014, between 8:45 to 9:30AM through an ICICI debit card. The system informed me that an error had occurred and the transaction was declined. However, my balance was deducted by exactly the same amount, but the transaction is not showing on my statement. The amount is also not showing in my wallet. Please advise. It is a substantial amount and I am waiting for your action on this. I have filed a transaction ticket #651792. My mobikwiw username is [protected]@yahoo.com.

But one more thing for the public welfare : Some fraud people try to loot you using information provided by you on this site, they would call you as representative of the company against whom you complaining, asking your bank details like user id, ATM no. etc.to refund your money back. So beware of these people never provide them any sensitive information.

          I tried to recharge my MTNL mobile number [protected] through mobikwik.com using my HDFC Bank internet. Rs. 76 was deducted from my account but my mobile number was not recharged. Though on mobikwik.com, I received a message that my transaction was successful. Recharge amount not be charge mobile no [protected].

          I have recharged tatasky for Ra 100, MK01007wh24s is the order number. Amount not reflected even after a week. When verified with Tatasky, they confirmed that they have not received and need to check with MobiKwik.
          I have raised 3 service requests so far, but no action seen to resolve. Disappointing service

                  I am absolutely not liking mobikwik. For everything i have to raise tickets, which is not responded for weeks until i raise it again on fb Ticket number 593857, 601172, 603351, 606330 pending for past 7 days. Airtel Bill paid for Rs.225 not credited even after 7 days. They absolutely do not respond to the ticket raised. No other means of communicating your problem....

                      i have done transaction wide ref no. [protected] for amt Rs.149/- of TATA DOCOMO Data recharge, but due to some error the same transaction has been failed and Amt of Rs.149/- deducted in my account, so i want to returned my deduction amt of Rs.149/- or recharge the same for data recharge. so reuested to you pl look into the matter and do the needfull ASAP.

                            I am fed up of trying to contact them since nobody in customer service answers the phone(it hangs up every 2 minutes, claiming all reps are busy and advises to file a ticket). My password doesnt seem to work and the only method to reset that is by generating an OTP (one time password) which gets sent to the primary mobile numer. NOW, if the otp doesnt ever reach my mobile how the hell am i going to reset my password or access my account. Here's the unresolved tickets i have from today, monday and Thursday respectively #560662, #554425, #545649. No updates have been received since thursday last week.                                   My account with amount in wallet was blocked with out any reason. I had created more than 10 support tickets. I had send almost 10 emails to support and wallet etc... Why these guys are cheating like this?
