For recharge purpose i transffered 200rs from my indian bank account to the above given web id.I got message that 200rs is deducted from my bank account tranction of amount rs200 completed like there manage i got. I tried to add money through Net banking to my account on 31 May 2013 two times from axis bank on Mobikwik.com. But the money did not reflected in the wallet. Below are the transaction details for the two attempts.

Money deducted from bank ac but recharge not done

I did a Mobile recharge through net banking from mobikwik.com. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but I did not receive recharge on the Mobile. When i contact mobikwik.com customer care, they said "it will took 7-15days". When after 15days i contact them again they said "please wait 7days more". Now its been almost 22days over but still i have not received my refund back.
