Mobile No [protected]. Transaction ref: [protected]. My amount paid for post paid mobile bill on 25th March 2014.of Rs 610.00 Due to technical error amount has not been credited to mobile operator. Latter I paid the amount in credit card. Rs 610.00 was credited mobkwik a/c from my HDFC bank A/c. Pl return the same by earliest.

    I am fed up of trying to contact them since nobody in customer service answers the phone(it hangs up every 2 minutes, claiming all reps are busy and advises to file a ticket). My password doesnt seem to work and the only method to reset that is by generating an OTP (one time password) which gets sent to the primary mobile numer. NOW, if the otp doesnt ever reach my mobile how the hell am i going to reset my password or access my account. Here's the unresolved tickets i have from today, monday and Thursday respectively #560662, #554425, #545649. No updates have been received since thursday last week.     the amount of Rs 1100 is still there in my account and i havent been able to withdraw/recharge my mobile services for the past 2 weeks. am I ever going to get my money back ???

          SIR, i have an account in your mobikwik and time to time i am using
          this good service.but for few days i am not able to login in my
          account and it is showing wallet blocked. last recharge was done on
          the number [protected] with 109 rupees with trans. id [protected]. i
          have made two complains with ticket no. 551080 on 30 march 2014 and
          ticket no. 553800 on 31 march 2014.I am attaching my photo id with this
          mail in attachment. please do this needful so that i can enjoy this
          good service forever..thank you.
          Sir, i have talked to you and got that i have to send my PAN CARD scan copy and DRIVING LICENSE. so i am attaching this both. please do the needful

          My account with amount in wallet was blocked with out any reason. I had created more than 10 support tickets. I had send almost 10 emails to support and wallet etc... Why these guys are cheating like this?
          Is this resolved or you lost money?

            Consumer no- [protected] Name - chandan kumar Contact number- [protected] I made a payment of Rs. 300 on 14th March 2014, from my SBI account which was deducted by Mobikwik order no[protected]. Whenever I try to call them for complaining everytime its busy and the IVRS system says to generate the complain online. I did this many times but my problem was not resolved. And now there is no trace of that 300. I have also attached the payment proof. Please try to help me.

                Hi mobikwik, I have made two tickets which are still not resolved, #543212, 546868, still not attended to, when I call up your customer care, she pretends every time she cant hear me. But just before I tell her about my problem she could hear me clearly, just after I tell my problem every time I call, there seems to be some network issue. Now I cant log in to my account also, I have to pay my vodafone mobile bills and my account balance is approx. Rs. 800/, whom are you fooling guys- I hope you understand its a consumer issue and I also hope you all are aware of the cybercrime laws right?

                    I am facing logging problem from 07.03.2014. At this point of time my wallet balance is INR 1147.00. I registered ticket no 506278 on 07.03.14. Reply from Mobikwik on 8th March that problem has been solved by them. But when I retried, I faced same problem. On same day again I registered ticket no 507779. Till date no response against the ticket is found. On 11th March, I registered further ticket no 513367. But no result, no respond. I mailed to [protected]@mobikwik.com. with reminder note. But till now no result.

                              Hi, On 22/02/2014, I made a recharge of Rs 1000/- for my airtel mobile [protected]. As per the airtel plan I am supposed to Rs 1100/- talk time on this recharge, however i have got only Rs 887/- talk time. And secondly, I have paid the amount through axis bank credit card. I tried to use the promo code "MOBITWELVEAXIS" to get the discount of Rs 100/- but promo code is not going through. I have read the terms and conditions of the offer so I am entitled to get the discounts.I just don't understand this kind of company exists in india to make maoney by fooling people. I request the Mobikwik team to look into the matter ASAP.

                                My Register mail Id is "[protected]@ymail.com" and Regd Id is [protected].

                                I did complaint to your team - " complaint Ticket id : 5251817 "
                                i did call 3 times to mobikwik and i do complaint also and i submit my documents also but there is no respond till now.

                                Complaint:
                                I did booked a bus ticket on 4-Aug-2016 . My Booking Id is " 1LFMUQIKC5Z2V7DS " and PNR is " EH4teaCch7 "
                                But on 11-Aug-2016 i got a SMS on my mobile as " your ticket YGT[protected] from rajampet to hyderabad on[protected] has been cancelled. your amount will be refunded." But i didnt get any refund till now. So please check it and do refund to my account as soon as possible.
