I have made two tickets which are still not resolved, #543212, 546868,
still not attended to, when I call up your customer care, she pretends
every time she cant hear me. But just before I tell her about my problem
she could hear me clearly, just after I tell my problem every time I
call, there seems to be some network issue. Now I cant log in to my
account also, I have to pay my vodafone mobile bills and my account balance is approx. Rs. 800/, whom are you fooling guys- I hope you understand its a
consumer issue and I also hope you all are aware of the cybercrime laws right?
