Mobikwik — sbi debit card reward money is not added but points money deducted | |||
I have redeemed my State Bank of India debit card reward points of 300 points equivalent to 75 indian rupees to the mobikwik wallet app. The reward points have been deducted from my sbi rewards account and no longer exists as on 05jan2019. Point Gateway (LIVMOBIKWIK) Booking Done MemberShipNo: [protected] Points: 300.00, i also got this message from state bank that my reward points have been successfully redeemed into mobikwik wallet.But when I logged in into my mobikwik app it shows zero balance in the mobikwik wallet which should have been 75 indian rupees is not added .what happen to that account.i call to mobikwik customer care they dont have information regarding this issue.
