Mobikwik — security pin is not unblock

My name is Deepak kumar. my problem is my security pin is blocked unblock you please fast it has been blocked for a long time i've been traying for a long time but if you can not unblock it, then do something for yourself.please, try to unblock it as soon as you can. I'm having a lot of problems with this: i am not able to recharge and transition to b & my upload document page is not working.
