Mobikwik — still insisting on aadhaar verification and devouring our cashbacks every month

Inspite of the decision of supreme court on 27-9-18 that proclaiming that no aadhaar card should be submitted by customers for verification of wallets in private companies and virtual aadhaar id provision should be made for authentication purposes in mobile apps since july 1, 2018, mobikwik is the only company which is working against public interests and government laws and promulgations.
I have been repeatedly complaining to the nodal officer of mobikwik but he says that it is company policy to take aadhaar details for kyc verification which i personally feel is unfair and the government and enforecement agencies alongwith uidai should stop mobikwik from such insistence. It is the duty of government to safeguard the interests of the public. I had also followed up a lot with the banking ombudsman, uidai (Phone calls they hardly received) but everybody pays a deaf ear to what we say or write to them. The ranchi uidai had earlier in may told me on phone that they were helpless to enforce virtual id before july 1 but even after that date they have done nothing-the e mails sent to them were never replied to. Due to the inefficiency of such agencies the company is having its own say at the cost of customer interest-it is simply concerned in reaping its own benefits by constantly changing its policies to suit its own ends.
It is my humble and ardent request to the government to intervene and stop such malpractices

I and my family have lost lots of money in November since mobikwik forfeited lots of our cashbacks by not allowing us to use more than Rs.100 (and that too in a very restricted manner)-we don’t have the time to plan how we should use our supercash on different activities -mostly we use it for bills payments and there is a restriction of 5% with a further restriction of maximum utilisation under postpaid, prepaid, electricity etc.-they are allowing very meagre use of supercash to serve their own ends -lost thousands this month-loss in one account is as per screenshot

Mobikwik still insisting on aadhaar-we lost lots of our money earned by way of supercash (over Rs.100 supercash in a month were forfeited by Mobikwik)-Mobikwik gave a false reply to cpec also
