I have initiated a transaction of rupees 10000 to MOBIKWIK XTRA from the mobikwik app through the mobikwik upi id.
BANK is telling that the transaction is successful and there is no problem from the bank's end and the money reached the BENEFICIARY(in this case the Mobikwik Xtra)
MOBIKWIK is telling that contact bank every time I raise a ticket.And there is no customer care number to call and mail.
In this case my Bank name is FEDERAL BANK with account number **********7583 linked to upi id of MOBIKWIK got debited of ₹10000 and I money not got added in MOBIKWIK XTRA wallet.
As per my bank the upi transaction was successful and I also contacted UPI_NPCI in twitter and they are also telling the same that the transaction is successful
I have raised a grievance in CONSUMERHELPLINE.GOV.IN and also raised a complaint against mobikwik on
