Mobikwik — super cashback not received, faltu service | |||||
Hii, This is to inform you we have insatalled mobikwik app in our two wheeler showroom (Authorized with hero motocorp) for giving easy mode of payment and discount as well to the customer. There was an offer of this app that if the customer pays amount through this app they get 1500/- super cash back within 24 hours, this offer was validated from 21st september 2017 to till 21 st october 2017. This offer was being used by many customers of our showroom, but later on customers started visiting to showroom and asking regarding cash back which they were not getting according to offer. So, several times we have called to mr tuhin and ms. Anjali and trying to speak with them but they were not giving proper response and specific date as well. While talking with them their behaviour was very rude and giving fake commitments, we are very fed up with their service even every day customers come to showroom and quarrel with us. Still they are not getting their super cash back. Kindly look after this issue we will be very greatful to you.
