Hi
I clear my outstanding bill every-month right after the bill is generated on every 1st of the month and I have never done any defaults with the payment
But in the month of November 2023, I am not able to do so as my zip service is showing that there is some technical issue going on with my account and would be resolved soon.
I reached out to the customer care and they confirmed the same that I have to wait for sometime and it will be resolved and i can make the payment.
Now my Zip is not even opening in the app.
Now waiting would result in delay in payment which would incur penalty on my account and the collection agency will start call people from my contact list and turn down to the level of mental harassment.
I would mobikwik to consider this if they are not able to resolve the technical issue before the due date of 5th November.
Please address this on an urgent basis and re-activate my zip services so that I can start making the payment and use zip service.
