Mobikwik — transaction complete but wallet not updated

the transaction is done but my wallet didn't update...kindly update my wallet amount email id : sarithaprasadi.[protected]@gmail.com Transaction done using State Bank Internet Banking. Transaction Ref No : IG00CGTNY2 for Rs.248.0 on 21/10/2014 10:11:26 please hereby I kindly request you to update my wallet as soon as possible
