Mobikwik — transaction done to wrong number

Dear sir, i have done a mobile recharge of amount 399 today in the morning but the recharge is done in wrong number by my mistake.
On contacting that person the number is switched off since morning and i'm not able to contact that person.
So please it's a kindly request to you to refund my amount into my mobiwik account no. [protected]
I have also registered complaint to mobiwik help centre and they provide me a operator id. I can't understand how to use that operator id to confirm
So please kindly help me in refunding my money please sir.
