Mobikwik — transaction failed and no invoice for the particular transaction | |||
Yesterday morning i initiated transaction of rs4000 with processing charges rs120 which is rs 4120 in total to canara bank account but it's failed and no response or even invoice is not there for that particular transaction. It's more than 24hours and i logged twice help tickets but no reply yet. When will this be resolved and when will the money be refunded? Was this information helpful? | |||

I added 5000 Rr in my mobikwik wallet which I am not able to utilize they asking for kyc update and when ever I trying to update my kyc its not happening I try to contact with customers care many time's but no response from them. It's really a fraud company I ever seen.
