Mobikwik — transaction failed at the bitter, end but didn't get the refund. | |||
I have paid cescom bill in mobikwik wallet inr 2005 on 3rd feb 2019, at the biller end the transaction was failed but till now i dint get the refund. I gave multiple complaints in mobikwik but still they are telling that the transaction is successful. These are below reference id's. Mobikwik txn ref id mk[protected] paid for the customer id c[protected] and the bbps id is mk01007n6a22. Bbps complaint id ap[protected]. Kindly check this and get me the refund and do the needful.
