Mobikwik — Transaction failed but no refund given

I have made recharge to my Hathway broadband connection with customer id no. [protected] on 12.11.2020 but the transaction failed. Mobikwik though deducted my amount did not returned it till now. Mobikwik complaint section is such that you cannot communicate with the customer service through chats. The customer care no. is also always busy. In this respect, i am unable to even know the status of my issue. I am attaching my complaint registered with Mobikwik but the response from Mobikwik is still awaited. Kindly take some action against them.
