Mobikwik — transaction failed but still debit was done from wallet | |||||
On 15/09/2017 i had made a transaction on clovia website and used mobikwik as the wallet option, when i was redirected to the mobikwik website for payment, the process went thru and i was not redirected to the merchant clovia and the page showed an error that the transaction failed. Transaction id: 2538149.. Transaction amount: ₹ 631.. My transaction failed and hence i did not try again using the same wallet and in my second attempt i used freecharge for payment and the transaction went thru. Since then i am following up with mobikwik and they say that the failed transaction has been confirmed by merchant clovia. So do notunderstand how a failed transaction at mobikwik reaches the merchant and gets confirmed. They are not helping, nor the merchant is responding. So need to know how get this resolved.
