[Resolved] Mobikwik — Transaction of 12500 inr on mobikwik untrackable | |||||
Hi Team, I was going through my HDFC credit card EMI option where i found a transaction of 12500 INR on Mobikwik which has been converted on 6 months EMI option for a transaction on 29th jan 2016. I just want to know that where did i spent this money and want the complete details on it. I have already registered a complaint on this with Mobikwik. The card number for the transaction is 489377******5543 and the loan id for the same is 20316270. Please enquire on the same and get me the details. I had added 9000 to my wallet yesterday...after that i am not able to use it ...a msg ...very poor performance ...a msg reagrding otp occoured again and again tjat u hav exceeded tha maximum limit ..therefor i has waited for 24 hour buit after that also i am not able to transact as well facing very problem ..feeling cheated with mobikwik
Very Poor customer service. The Call representative disconnected my call. The complaint is already been registered 5 days back and no comments have been updated.
