Mobikwik — I cannot open my mobikwik account
I have an ac of mobikwik site but my id [protected]@gmail.com is not working it was show the ac is disable but my mobikwik wallet is rs 784 so how can solve my problem pls I had added 9000 to my wallet yesterday...after that i am not able to use it ...a msg ...very poor performance ...a msg reagrding otp occoured again and again tjat u hav exceeded tha maximum limit ..therefor i has waited for 24 hour buit after that also i am not able to transact as well facing very problem ..feeling cheated with mobikwik
Very Poor customer service. The Call representative disconnected my call. The complaint is already been registered 5 days back and no comments have been updated.
