Mobikwik — Transaction successfully but still not received in receiver account

I am done transaction of rent transfer using mobikwik zip on 2nd aug and today is 9 August and still money not credited in account. And i am attached all the screenshot about thi transaction 2 transactions done using zip rent transfer but both are showing successful and debited from zip wallet but still both amount not credited in account. multiple time raised help but just they created ticket no. and resolved ticket automatically without my resolution. and i am also calling on customer care there was 1 executive she's name is mansi she's behaviour is good with customer and not resolving my issue they ask me to get statement of receiver's bank to investigate this matter. and i am trying to add on. app but this also not able to upload error screenshot also shared but no one responding and same all discussed with executive they only said that add statement then they will help and we request to shar email id for share statement on mail she said our company doesn't have any mail id. How can they do scam simply. Please investigate this matter and resolve issue ASAP
