I had taken a loan of INR 30000 from MobiKwik.
I can see in my credit report an overdue charge of INR 536.
I tried contacting the lender Fullerton India about the same and informed that the loan was foreclosed.
They informed me to contact MobiKwik, Upon contacting MobiKwik they asked me to contact Fullerton India back.
I have written n number of emails to the Escalation team at MobiKwik, however have only received scripted reply.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I am Goutam Ghosh phone number :[protected] email-id [protected]@gmail.com. I am writing to formally request the removal of a written-off amount from my civil record, as I have already made the full payment of the due amount.

          I understand that there was an outstanding balance on my civil record, and I take full responsibility for the delay in settling it. However, as soon as I became aware of the outstanding debt, I took immediate action to resolve it. On 19th May 2023, I made a payment of 7736.24, clearing the entire debt, as evidenced by the attached payment receipt.

            May 15 my mobikwik amount 2000/- withdraw by cyber crime fellow so I given online cyber crime complaint on 16 th. Mobikwik fellows harrassed me so I paid 2000/- on June 2. Cyber crime guy again withdraw 2000/ on June 2 night 10 pm by auto debit. So I given complaint to mobikwik and cybercrime again. Mobikwik fellows calling me and harrassing me again to pay 2000/-.sending legal notice and calls

                Hi Team,

                I have foreclosed my loan 4253777 on 3rd July and immediately raise a ticket and shared the confirmation that payment is done but the application is not reflecting for which i received a revert saying it would take 24-48hrs. But on 5th july the EMI for july month got debited from my account and from then i am calling the customer care nor sending out email to the escalation DL but none of them are least to respond me. When ever i call the customer care the default info im hearing is the issue is already escalated and i have to wait for 24-48hrs the respective team will call me. To be frank till this min i have not received a single call from any1, Nor got the application updated nor the debited amount was not reverted back. I want to share my concern and feedback that i am really frustrated on this with mobiwik and literally not satisfied. I need your immediate intervention on this matter and help me getting the debitted emi amount to be refunded back ASAP on very high priority.

                  I got a fraud call from Mobikwik customer care number and said that there is a suspicious transaction from my Mobikwik wallet and to cancel the transaction they asked me to enter the OTP. and as soon as I entered the OTP, the amount of Rs 56999 was debited from the Mobikwik Zip balance.

                  After 5 mins of that incident I called back to their customer care and explained about the whole incident and then they have asked me to registered a complaint on cyber crime website and then send email to [protected]@mobikwik.com with the transaction screenshot along with the acknowledgement that I have received from Cyber crime team, I have done all the steps, But still no action has been taken from the Mobikwik team.

                    I have taken loan from mobikwik and due to some personal reasons I have not paid same on time but mobikwik persons calling my contacts and abusing badly I have complaint same mobikwik grivense but not reply get. After that I have complaint same on Nodal officials. When loan taken by me why they calling my all contacts and how can they abuse another's and how can they use my personal data that mean they also using my another personal data and missusing.

                      Loan foreclosure issue

                      I was took mobikwik zip loan on feb-2023 through mobikwik app and i paid all my EMIs on time with out any delay until June-2023. On 30th Jun 2023 i was forclosed my zip loan through the link provided by mobikwik and same day i was contacted to the coustomer service and they said it took 24-48 hrs to update after payment. After completion of 48 hrs again I was contacted coustomer service again they said it took 5-7 working days to update ....

                      Hi, I have taken loan from MOBIKWIK, And I have failed to pay the emi because of my job is gone in recession I have explained my situation to agents, They are are not listening to me, They are harrassing me and my family, And they are sharing my photo to my contact list and they repeatedly calling to them. They mainly Target the numbers ends with sister, brother, uncle, aunty, father, mother, etc. I really called the customer care and I have explained all the things which I felt bad, They said like no sir this not the correct way to treat our customer, you can mail to official MOBIKWIK Team, I have mailed also to them, I got a reply from mobikwik also, They said like we are sincerely apologise on this issue we take action. But trust me they don't even inform to consider persons who are trying to harrass me with showing screen shots of sisters contacts, They know what they doing, they don't consider our complaints and our situations, their aim is to collect the emi at any cost.I don't know how can they access my contacts without my permission, Intensionly they are doing this. And also one day I got a call from recovery team, they are trained to talk abusing words literally i have shocked by the behaviour of them, And one main thing they also creating fake LAW NOTICE and farwarding to me this is final reminder we have filed a case etc. And fake case reference number to blame. Their aim is what ever it may be we have to recover the amount with in EMI month end. And they are trained for that. I'm really expecting HELP please help me on this situation. Data violation they are doing this not correct thing . So many people facing this issue. Please HELP me out of this. I need time to pay, Last and before last I have suffered so much to pay the emi I really exausted of this harrasment.

                        Fraud done by using Mobikwik Wallet

                        Myself Avinash Kathairia have a Mobikwik account but for a long time, I have not used this and also have not installed any application in my mobile.
                        Today, I received a call from Mobikwik IVR at 3.01 P.M. IST and asked me to confirm for the request of mobile no. changed if you have made and said if not done by you then choose the option 1 so I have done the same.
                        After that First transaction was done at 3:05 P.M. IST using Mobikwik...

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        This is Neela here writing a complaint against mobikwik company.I'm using mobikwik service with my registered Mobile number[protected].I was suppose to pay 129Rs on 5/7/ 2023 but I missed for one day due to some personal problem. today that is 6/7/2023 I tried paying but 400Late payment fee has been added.Is this the way of adding late payment fee.I use many other online services, for example paytm, simple technology, lazy pay, ola, uber etc none of them add late payment fee like mobikwik.for one day 300 + penalty no one does.They dont have ethics in business.I 'm completely fed up and got panic due to their attitude.Now mobikwik people have to pay me for the anxiety and stress which they caused me or ask them to waive off my late payment fee.I cant encourage their attitude of looting customers in the name of late payment fees.I will have to raise my voice with this kind of service.kindly look into the issue and resolve ASAP.

                            Fraud happened with me yesterday.

                            I recently suffered from a fraud transaction of total 25000 INR from MobiKwik wallet. I received an IVR call from mobikwik official no. which mentioned that someone is trying to link with my mobikwik wallet. IVR call asked me to press 1 in order to unlink my account and I did the necessary action.

                            Clearly, there has been no support from MobiKwik in this particular case. The least I can expect from MobiKwik in this regard is...

                            I have received fraudulent call from mobikwik no. [ [protected]] today at 11:07 am and lost money of Rs. 28, 796/- in 4 transactions which is paid to bigbasket. I received call and computer voice told me that we have received a request to change your registered mobile number, kindly press 1 if you have not requested, then i pressed 1 . Then asked me to put OTP for cancelling the request. I put the OTP and after sometime the money debited from account.
                            Please check and refund the amount.

                              My name is Tushar kundurkar i have taken loan on ziploan and i have paid all emi just 2emis pending current month and next month emi pending current month emi i missed some financial issue and medical issues and i alredy talk mobikwik customer care in 3days continue requesting for give 10days i can arrange and pay and mobikwik team approved me but recovery calls using low quality words and calling my family members also calling please stop the calls

                                A fraud happen from Mobikwik to zamoto from my account. Mobikwik provide me a pay later facility upto 30000 without my confirmation and withdraw all amount through zamoto platform. Without permission all amount deducted and now libilty stand for me.
                                Totally fraud happen and now Both ( Zamoto & Mobikwik not responding any mail.
                                How could I can my money back, please advise.

                                  I have a facility from Mobikwik pay later account 3500 and they increase my limit 30000 and after 10 days all amount deducted within a minute through Zamoto platform.
                                  I have complet to Mobikwik but they are not responding and Zamoto has no customer care no. And they also not replying any mail.
                                  Totally fraud both and now libilty is stand for me.
                                  Please help and advise me
