Iam recently uninstall mobikwik app and download again but iam not able to login my account.

Received a call to ask whether you are the one who is asking to change number and press 0 or 1 to select yes or no. I thought this was a scam call.

This is to inform you that on 7th evening at 5.52 PM I received a call from [protected]

It was a IVR call in computer voice
It said we are from mobikwik there has been a fraudulent transaction of Rs 58113 from your account if you have not done this transaction please press 1 and then asked for a OTP which came on my phone

I did the same and a sum of Rs 58113 was deducted from my mobikwik wallet in the name of Vedant computers

Somebody used my wallet for 38, 841 for Ajio, I immediately contacted mobikwik for the fraudulent. They responded with a ticket number and my wallet is blocked. I am doing some correspondence with them. I am not sure what will happen to the transaction, Whether I will have to pay the whole amount.

Yesterday night (9th Aug 2023) I got a call from Mobikwik customer care It was a IVR call stating that my account is hacked by someone so please block it. Right after that i got an email as well since it is a IVR call I entered the OTP in the IVR call, within seconds my zip wallet used for 59, 000 for SBI credit card bill. I don't know who it is. Moreover my zip was disabled in that case how it can be used. So for sure this was done by the Mobikwik internal team and scamming the innocent people. I will not pay single rupee for sure. This transaction was not made by me. I complained immediately to Mobikwik and emailed fraudalerts as well but no response. Kindly look into this and reverse my zip amount of 59K.I'm not even able to login now, they disabled it now.

I am done transaction of rent transfer using mobikwik zip on 2nd aug and today is 9 August and still money not credited in account. And i am attached all the screenshot about thi transaction 2 transactions done using zip rent transfer but both are showing successful and debited from zip wallet but still both amount not credited in account. multiple time raised help but just they created ticket no. and resolved ticket automatically without...

I have made two transaction on mobikwik and its debited from wallet but its pending and i did not the amount in my bank account. Please help

On 24th July 2023, I got a fraud call from Mobikwik customer care number and said that there is a suspicious transaction from my Mobikwik wallet and to cancel the transaction they asked me to enter the OTP. and as soon as I entered the OTP, the amount of Rs 28, 605 was debited from the Mobikwik Zip balance.

I immediately called back to their customer care and explained about the whole incident and then they asked me to register a complaint with police and then send email to [protected]@mobikwik.com with the transaction screenshot along with the acknowledgement that I have received from the police department, I have done all the steps, But still no action has been taken from the Mobikwik team and in addition to that they have now added penalty of Rs.1500.

I added 50, 000 to Mobikwik Xtra but it has not been reflected in the wallet. Please help!

Sir I need one help please resolve my problem during Kyc, notification showing that your PAN is linked with another user and aadhar already link my aadhar in another user please please delink or remove my aadhar and PAN from that unknown user.

I paid my zip bill, and there is balance of Rs 0.60
I can't pay the bill amount of 0. 60 rs, it is showing no outstanding balance it past due date my zip will block soon and cibil score no response from there side

I have done transaction wallet to bank 6461
But amount was deducted from wallet but amount not credit to bank stll it showing pending status.. Kindly check on priority.. It's too urgent

They informed me to contact MobiKwik, Upon contacting MobiKwik they asked me to contact Fullerton India back.
I have written n number of emails to the Escalation team at MobiKwik, however have only received scripted reply.
and please refund my overdue chargers

My account has been disabled my mobikwik due to unauthorised activity.

But I have wallet amount 9982 rs on it and I want to enable account to transfer that amount to my bank.

I mailed requested documents to them but still no reponse

My amount is deducted from my side but reciever is not recieved the payment

Hi, I took a Zip loan of Rs. 30000 from MobiKwik on Saturday, 28 July2023. The loan got approved, the EMI schedule also started in the app immediately, but the loan amount has not been deposited to my bank account till now. On reaching MobiKwik via their app, Twitter handle, and email I was told that the amount will get credited to my registered bank account within 24 hrs working hours. However, now even after almost

I tried contacting the lender Fullerton India about the same and informed that the loan was foreclosed.
They informed me to contact MobiKwik, Upon contacting MobiKwik they asked me to contact Fullerton India back.

24 hour but money debit from wallet but not credits in UPI

Mobiwik agent hack my contact detail and harassing some them by telling that I give there number for taking loans and all.. spreading my photos everywhere
