Mobikwik — Transfer money has not been credited into bank account | |||||
Respected sir/mam, The undersigned has transferred rs.970/- from my mobikwik wallet to my icici bank saving account, excluding processing charges rs.29.10/- (Transaction id: t4kndb5r5q9j) on 10th april-2017 at 6:36pm though my registered mob. No.[protected]. Still rs.970/- has not been credited into my icici saving account after going to completion of 3rd days. Now it is very regret to mention here that though the amount of rs.970/- had already deducted from my wallet same time, but the same could not be credited into my bank account. I have mailed 7-8 time to mobikwik organization but unfortunately to say that, mobikwik organization is not taking seriously in this matter. Customer care phone is not working yet. Sir/mam i am requesting to you please look into matter seriously in the favour of the undersigned. It is also therefore requested to do the needful at the earliest and credit rs.970/- to my mobikwik wallet either my bank account for which i shall remain greatfull to you..
