Mobikwik — transfer money to wrong bank account through mobikwik

Hi Team,

I have transfer money to wrong bank account through mobiwiki app I have done 2 transaction on 03 Aug 2018

1st transaction 4600
2nd transaction 3000 on 03 Aug 2018

Wrong bank account number[protected] but I have checked with icici bank they told amount not credited to that wrong bank account[protected] kindly check and confirm it has been 7 days still now no response.

Kindly check and transfer amount to my bank account it has been 1 week but there is no response form mobiwiki. Please check and return the money total 7600 rs. Kindly provide contact details to call back customer care.

I have submitted screen of payment Proof in mobiwiki help. It has been over 1 week still i have not got money back. Kindly do needful

Hi Team,

One of the customer called and asked for credit card otp and cvv and taken 22000 still now amount not credited to icici bank account and no customer called and confirmed.

Kindly tell customer to call me and solve the query that is best solution.
