Mobikwik — transfer of money to bank account is not allowed

Unable to transfer money to bank account and customer numbers are not working even the help section in the app asks to enter issue and upon submitting it says invalid "id" (We can only enter query after logging in). No support at all. My money 500 is stuck in their wallet with no use.

The process was fast before adding money but got un responsive as soon as i added money. What kind of service is this.

My account [protected]@gmail.com has been disabled on mobikwik for no reason of my notice. I am not even allowed to send a complaint to them and nobody is picking up the call on their customer help number.
