Mobikwik — unable to transfer money to bank from wallet

Hi team,

I have added 10k from cc in my wallet. amount credited in wallet however when I am trying to process the transaction to bank it says email id not found in request. please do needful as I have already done.KYC. I am trying to process the transaction since yesterday still no success. email id already updated on account.

Isir, I have wrongly typed my security pin four times . so this my security pin is blocked. Ihave raised complaint one week back. complaint ticket id no.11179397. I have uploaded my id proof Adahar Card and credit card statement in which money added to mobikwik wallet

I request to fourm me transaction to mobokwik wallet but this transaction process to I press wrong key and fraud alert to this wallet company and my account has been disable please found my account and enable my account for next safe transaction

On 31.05.2019 i recharge my mobile in mobikwik. at the time of payment the page is stuck. and my amount not return back yet in bank account. kindly resolve the same.
