Mobikwik — unable to utilize supercash

Hi team, as per the mobikwik faq's i am not able to utilize my supercash properly. They say that i can use 5% of my supercash, but when i go to the payment section, it seems like i am able to use only 1% - 2%. This is not at all a good service and should be stopped in india for fooling customers.
Nowhere they have mentioned that the supercash will be the 5% of the total recharge amount what i am going to do and now they are not allowing me to use my 5% of my supercash amount.
I have also attached the screenshot of the ticket i have raised with mobikwik, where the staff himself has mentioned the faq's

Very poor super cash service. Period for utilizing super cash is just 3 months and only less than 5% can be utilized per transaction. So lot of it lapses at the end of the period. No point in doing transition using Mobikwik. Other apps are transparent in giving cash back.
