am Shirin Shaikh RBL credit card holder, I got a call from this number today morning at 11.32am from this number +[protected]
They were saying my card has been block this call for security purpose, you will get new card with in 7 days from blue dark courier, after that they were approaching me for increasing card limit where I have told them I don’t need know I will directly ask for the bank, after that that girl told me I am transferring your call to my senior, one guy received call and told me maam you have offer for increased your limit, where you jst need to give us otp we have all your card details I said no why I would you card details, than they told me you have one more offer where you can redeemed your points, my statement still same I will talk to my bank regarding this. I haven’t provided them any details after put off call, I got msged where is clearly mention, my credit card has been used in MobiKwik app transaction amount is 41000/-
One more transaction they have done 50000/- which has been failed due to insufficient balance.
I want to make complaints regarding this unauthorised transaction which is made on 22/7/2020 Wednesday morning at 11:44am
I informed RBL bank also I have complaints
I made police complain also
