Mobikwik — Unauthorized credit card charges & Call

I had a suspicious transaction from one of the mobikwik account, the person called from saying he is calling from SBI bank and made two transaction one for Rs.19751 at 12:43 PM and Rs.15593 at 1:11 PM on 28th Sep, transaction ID shows that its OneMobiKwikSystemPLtd, If you could please help in stopping this transaction from this particular account it could be great, i can provide you the detail of where the cash credited to them from my credit card details, i can reveal the details only if the call from customer care calls.
