Mobikwik — unauthorized transaction from my no

I received message on 15 feb at 00.00 hrs & 2.15 am on 16 feb regarding otp on my no - [protected] and also received mail on my email id - [protected]@gmail.com

I never registered on your portal. So why i am receiving this kind of message. I suspect a fraud in this. So this is a humble request that kindly block above mobile no and mail id from now onward. So that on above contact no otp will be sent.

I tried your customer care no but could not connect.
Please treat it as urgent.
